The owner’s work is not confined to the office Mac. Chaz provides a separate MacBook installation with the shared project context needed for development and support work.

The installation histories for Hank and Bob-O identify Chaz as the build operator. That is internal delivery work: installing and checking the systems that their owners would use. The public site also presents Chaz as a testbed for a more realistic talking face.

The supported story is mobility and product development, not a new customer testimonial. Chaz gives Digital Mayhem a place to refine the experience and carry out implementation work while keeping the customer’s own assistant and business context distinct.
