Chief

Chief's glowing portal desktop assistant interface

Keep renovation paperwork connected to the project it belongs to.

Chief helps a property investor bring receipts, project records and follow-up into a clearer operating picture.

Property projects generate details faster than an owner can comfortably hold them all: vendor receipts, labor records, project updates and decisions waiting on someone else. Chief is built around helping the owner organize that work across his property business.

A September receipt run records new receipts identified, duplicate checks performed and line items reconciled. A separate tracker-sync record documents materials and labor entries added to the master sheet, missing project sections created and totals checked after the changes.

The sequence matters. An earlier receipt run deliberately stopped short of writing to a section that could double-count costs. The later sync describes how it used the correct sections and checked the resulting totals. This is a more useful story than simply claiming that an assistant “does the spreadsheets”: the work includes checking how the spreadsheet behaves.

Chief also audited a proposed contract workflow and recorded missing tools and service limitations before treating it as ready. That is preparation and operational visibility, not authority to negotiate, sign or move money for the owner.
