Build the report around the inspector’s findings.

Spock helps a home inspector turn field information into organized reporting work while preserving the substance of the inspection.

An inspection does not end when the inspector leaves the property. Findings, photos and established comment wording still need to become a clear report. Spock’s installation contains a report engine built around that work.

Its documentation describes importing the inspector’s existing comment library and using it to assemble report HTML and PDFs. It calls out missing photos or unmatched comments instead of silently filling the gaps. During this review, the library database, a generated report PDF and a before-and-after wording sample were present on the machine.

Spock also documented a review of the website’s booking link, separating a reachable booking page from an unverified calendar integration. That distinction gave the inspector a specific next check instead of treating a page loading as proof the entire booking process worked.

The aim is consistent preparation from the inspector’s own observations, with the inspector retaining responsibility for the findings and final report. The reviewed records support a built reporting workflow and saved output; they do not establish a measured “hours to minutes” improvement across real client jobs.
